we had a wonderful stay at Grand. the hotel's location is unbeatable, offering a stunning view of the nile from the rooms and the luxurious lobby. the staff, including Mr Zaki, Ms. Mariam Khairy, and Mr Mohamed Awad, were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. the facilities are impressive, with a lovely heated pool overlooking the nile, clean gym, and delicious breakfast with great hospitality from Nisma. a highly recommended hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I chose Grand for its ideal location near the Giza pyramids, but was pleasantly surprised by the ultra-exclusive VIP service and the wide array of excellent restaurants, including the Revolving Restaurant offering stunning views of the Nile.
Check-in took 4 hours. Unfriendly staff, faulty fridge, key card issues, tattered towels, and untrained food court staff.

Amazing Nile River view, spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, grand lobby.
Felt welcomed into the family, nothing too much trouble.
